First of all, be aware that the Expedia listing is wrong. This hotel does not have a shuttle service. They suggest you take a taxi to get there and they use a 3rd party service that charges 6 euros per pax to get you back to the airport. The taxi is about the same for 2 people. Furthermore, many of the rooms have faulty heating and after many complaints, the staff will offer you a heater. They had a storage room with about 50 of them available, so it’s a major issue. To top it all off, they decided to have a fire drill at 6am. Alarmas and lights blaring both in the room and the hotel, just to run down and be told to get back up. The hotel has no restaurant. They do offer pizzas at the bar, but the oven was broken, so no luck.

This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations.The hotel’s location was amazing. The room was remarkably comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also extremely clean and had a good selection of toiletries. Front desk Ladie NINA were exceptionally friendly and did an extremely good job, she needed to be rewarded by hilton.

This is my worst hotel experience. First day I got locked in the bathroom for almost an hour because the lock was faulty and my phone wasn’t on me luckily my friend came around and saved the day. The heater and hot water wasn’t working for 4 days. Room wasn’t cleaned until we ask for it. The cafeteria was rude with no exceptions of taking breakfast to your room mind you I was sick. Won’t recommend this place. FYI it’s almost 2 hours from the hotel to the city

This is a hard review because Hampton by Hilton always served us well. There was no hot water in our unit and when they moved us to another unit there was no different so we went back to the original unit. Not sure what the issue was, but no showers!! The restaurant wasn’t open and we could only have pizzas. The breakfast was great! We had a car so no worries about transportation to the airport.

Very friendly and competent staff . There was a problem with the hot water and we were immediately given another room on the same floor so it was easy to transfer our luggage. The breakfast items were all very fresh and tasty , included in the price of the room , making this a plus .

All the above plus 2 fire alarms at 9:20 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. Being on the 3rd floor with no elevators and a person unable to navigate stairs. Also, the staff was generally clueless. Recommend you remove this from your list, it will reflect poorly on your company.
