Arivée à 22:15. Le receptionniste se sert sur ma carte sans m en informer une garantie de 66 euros. Je reçois un Sms automatique de ma banque au meme moment pour avertir. Je lui demande une explication en lui montrant. Il me dit: ah oui, c est une securité si vous consommez au bar. Nous allons dans la chambre et posons les valises et redescendons pour boure une biére. Un serveur barbu et en chemise blanche discute avec des clients qui partent. Il nous ignore pendant 10 minutes que nous attendons au comptoir. Je m agace et vais vers une personne qui prepare des additions. Lui ne bouge pas. Je demande a la serveuse si nous pouvons avoir des boissons. Elle demande au barbu de nous servir. Il se decide!!! Enfin. Qnad un groupe arrive 10 minutes aprés derriére nous. Il refuse de les servir, et leur dit, c est fermé!! L un des client insiste avec la serveuse. Il les sert. Hilton service client déplorable! Le Covid et ses restrictions ne vous a rien appris. Pleignez vous de ne pas avoir de chiffre d affaire, car quand vous avez les clients qui viennent chez vous, vous étes incapable de les servir correctement. Changez votre personnel, si ils ne veulent pas travailler. 10 clients qui souhaitent un dernier verre a la fermeture, ça ne se refuse pas! Prochaine fois, j'irai chez Accor. Eux on le sens de l hospitalité.
