Sehr zentrales Hotel mit super Personal

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral. Eine Metro Station ist um die Ecke, sowie zwei Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Personal ist super & hilft wo es nur kann. Gleich beim Check In zeigten sie uns mit der Karte die Stadt & was wir nicht verpassen sollen. Auch Tickets vom Big Bus kann man direkt bei Ihnen kaufen. Ich würde sofort wieder in dieses Hotel.

Einigermassen gute Lage - mittelmässig schöne Zimm

Das Hotel liegt an einigermassen guter Lage - das mittelmässig schöne Zimmer war leider gar nicht ruhig: morgendlicher Strassenlärm und abendliche Störungen durch Nschtclub Besucher. Frühstück sehr gut. Reception gibt sich Mühe. Eine Front Desk Managerin war etwas hochnäsig und formulierte wenig professionell
