Mauvais souvenir

Attende pendant plus de 1heure aucun accès a l'hôtel ! Aucune réponse téléphonique ! Le garde du soir vraiment très désagréable , arriver a l'hôtel ont m'annonce que ma réservation a était annulée alors que non j'ai la preuve par mail ! Ils nous ont fait payer la chambre alors que le site avec lequel nous avons réserver on déjà prélevé donc 2 paiement effectuée franchement plus jamais cette hôtel ! !!!!
