Decent hotel, but one issue. We booked because the room was 100 sq ft bigger than other hotels in Paris. Hours before we checked in, we received a message that the hotel overbooked our room and we were getting a smaller/different room. For the inconvenience, we were offered 40 euro/night (3 nights) discount and free breakfast. Great, except I have yet to receive the credit/discount and it’s been 3 weeks. Expedia is still fighting with the hotel for it. The location of this property was good, 10 min walk from the Louvre Museum.

Rooms are very small, but relatively well appointed. Hotel is kind of quirky. Rooms are accessed by a single elevator that worked intermittently during our four day stay. Location is the major selling point. Staff is friendly. We did not take advantage of hotel’s breakfast.

Amé este Hotel. Es un Boutique Hotel bien Parisiano! Es pequeñito, solo tiene 17 habitaciones, bien cosy, cada rincón tiene un detalle hermoso que te recuerda que estás en Paris. I stayed here several years ago and it was fine. I was very disappointed for a 4 star hotel. Hardly any place to put things, no clock, no instructions on how to use the phone. I could not get the front desk. The sink area in the bath area had no place to put anything. The water in the shower jumped from cold to scalding! I was very disappointed and would have moved but I would have lost alot of money. Hotels.com did help me get my money back on a second reservation when I learned that I may have to return home early. Thank you for that.
