The hotel staff at the front desk were always very happy to greet me and were very helpful at all times. The room decore was beautiful, peaceful and extremely comfortable. The hotel and neighborhood were quiet and convenient. I will recommend to others and will stay again.

Great stay!

Bed and pillows were amazing & super comfy! Staff extremely friendly and helpful! Cold a/c, quick elevator, room and shower small but most in Europe are. Short 3 minute walk from Gare de Lyon. Taxis & Ubers are always close by train station. Safe area. Would recommend!

This hotel was so charming- the breakfast offerings were so good and fresh, and all of the staff was accommodating and helpful. PLUS, it's located in a great, accessible part of Paris so we were able to enjoy less-touristy, more local areas with easy access to the metro. I would definitely stay here again.

What a great stay!! This hotel is a block from the Gare de Lyon - so convenient. Breakfast is all healthy, local, high quality offerings - we'll be back for any future Paris stays!

The hotel was conveniently located, not far from Gare de Lyon. The two people working in the reception were really nice and friendly. The hotel has elevator and good A/C. It’s north of the river and far from museums and Paris main attractions. I booked this place last minute so it worked out well, but I prefer to stay south of the river.

Perfect little hotel. Very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It’s on a quiet street. The best part is the delicious very French breakfast that is included with your room. I would stay there again without a doubt.

Booked this hotel for 4 nights. Website says it has air conditioning. In the middle of the Paris heat wave, they put us in a room with no air conditioning and when we asked to move to a room with air conditioning they said there was no other room for us and our only option was to leave and find a different hotel.

Deserves its description of 'artisanal' hotel

The evening concierge forgot to notify the morning staff to have my taxi ready the next morning resulting in a 20 min delay to get to my flight at the airport. Otherwise I would give this hotel 5 out of 5 stars on every category. I very much enjoyed my small but very comfortable and well thought out room. It was a very reasonable walking distance (6 minutes?) from the Gare de Lyon train station (part of the search criteria that lead me to pick it out). The walking distance was less comfortable but doable (25 minutes) to get to the hop on/hop off bus routes for the day I wanted to play tourist. There was excellent WiFi service for the time I needed to do some work. The room was *so* nice and quiet -- the street noise was pretty much non-existant even with the window open. I wanted for nothing and would gladly stay there again.

Terrible experience

Hotel in terrible condition. The AC didn't work in the room and the front desk personnel said they couldn't do anything about it. The lobby is poor condition. Horrible experience.
