The staff were exceptionally helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay as wonderful as possible. They even arranged a surprise birthday cake for my birthday. The location is excellent, it is tucked away in a quiet area but minutes from the buzzing Marais shops and restaurants. The interior is very chic and unusual, and the rooms are a lovely size. Highly recommend!

Though the location is excellent, we were miserable in the stiffness mg heat especially the last night. My husband tried to turn air cool but said he thought it was just a heater. As Paris is known to not have air conditioning, we tried to sleep in the heat. As it was unusually hot day, it would have been best for staff instructions on the air system as we were told on checking out that they do have one.

This is a comfortable hotel, in a brilliant location with a fantastic interior design scheme and helpful and efficient staff. An excellent base for a holiday in Paris, particularly if you are interested in interior design.

The staff were very friendly and the location was perfect. The room was not particularly clean when we checked in (feces mark in the toilet, accumulated debris in the corners of the floor), but it did get cleaner after the first day. To be fair, they did accommodate us with an early check in, so maybe they were rushing to turn over the room. The ceiling in the room was damaged and bowed like it was about to collapse onto the bed. It was fine for a couple of days since we were out and about most of the time, and the location really is convenient for getting all around Paris.
