My rating would be between good and excellent. The location is great. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and directly across from Metro. The staff was very helpful. But be aware the rooms are very tiny which is pretty typical of Paris. We spent our stay living out of our suitcases as there really wasn’t much room for storing your items. This is an older building, however, I was quite happy that the bathrooms were updated and quite nice. Again, would recommend but just be aware your room will be small.

Small room, great location, good value stay

Was a fine enough stay. You’re definitely paying for the proximity to the Eiffel Tower, Trocadéro, etc. Rooms are smaller, we had the Eiffel Tower view room, which allowed for the view of the top of the tower to be seen from our room window, but we were in a room in the corner of the building so the room was an awkward triangular shape. The bathroom was updated, great shower. They had toiletries on request if needed, but we had all we needed. Not much space for our luggage and ourselves, but we made it work for two nights. And I knew going in this was the situation, so no big deal. The included breakfast was very good, nice selection of cheeses, cereal, pastries, etc. This was a big bonus before we headed out early in the day. The staff was pleasant, helpful when needed (though we didn’t require much). I’ll close mentioning location again… Limitless restaurants and shops in walking distance, easy access across the street to the Dupleix metro station. Couldn’t have asked for better.

This hotel is a nice, quaint property conveniently located fairly close to the Eiffel Tower and to Champs Elysees. Also close to the train station if you wish to take public transport. Alot of dining options available close by. However, if you have heavy bags and are staying on the first floor that could be an issue because there's no elevator to the first floor.

Rooms were clean. Small but that’s most hotels in Paris. Right next to the metro. We could see the Eiffel Tower from our window. Just a slight lean to the right.. Staff was friendly and nice. They held our bags after we checked out. I would stay here again.

This is a cute little hotel - decor was a mix of old and modern! The staff was super nice, and the room was very cute and clean! The bathroom was large and appeared to be newly remodeled. Hotel is a ~10-15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, which was great. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants around the hotel. My only negative feedback was the breakfast - it certainly wasn't worth the price. Additionally, it is supposed to be ready at 7 am - I had an early flight and had to leave for the airport at 7:30. I was hoping to grab a quick cappuccino and croissant, but the food wasn't out yet, so I missed out.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hôtel Eiffel Petit Louvre. My room a beautifully red room. The staff was friendly and helpful when you need help. The breakfast was good options to pick from. The metro was cross street from the hotel. There are many restaurants and bars near the hotel. My overall stay was great. I will come back again when I make an other trip.
