The rooms are cozy while being a good size for Paris and the beds very comfortable. I also loved my little balcony. The staff was very helpful and polite. They offer a breakfast buffet but no in-room dining. They did accomodate me by bringing breakfast to my room on request but I got the feeling this was not a typical thing for them. The hotel is well located within walking distance of many dining options, shopping and Line 9 metro. Will definitely stay again.

Great hotel, noisy neighbourhood

Very nice hotel , great amenities. We enjoyed the private spa and the cozy room with balcony. BUT we couldn’t sleep because people were shouting in the street in and off from 2 am. The mattress was also a little on the soft side. I would recommend but not on weekends if you re a light sleeper.

The hotel is in a great location and is strategically near two metro stations. The staff is very courteous and helpful at every turn. It is also walking distance to a lot of tourist sites like the Louvre and the Opera house.

Beautiful Little Hotel

We stayed at Hotel Philéas Grand Hôtel & Spa in Paris from July 26 to July 30 and had a great experience. The location was excellent, just steps from a metro station and around the corner from a main avenue full of more restaurants than we could possibly try, plus a small covered shopping arcade that was fun to explore. Many attractions were within walking distance, including the Opera House, a beautiful shopping mall, and even Sacré-Cœur, which was a longer but enjoyable walk. Everything else was only a short metro ride away. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English. They happily provided ice for our drinks in the evenings, and we appreciated being able to connect our Netflix account to the TV in our room. The rooms were small but very clean, which we understand is normal for Paris. One of the highlights was the private pool area. Each day we could book a time slot for the small pool in its own room, with a steam room and sauna just outside, which was the perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return for the great location, friendly service, and relaxing amenities.
