Coffee Pods where never refilled, had to ask every day and it took 1hour, 3 phone calls to reception with a lot of attitude To get them. Shower had no glass, water spilled everywhere. Beautiful hotel indeed.

It's very pleasantly decorated, clean, fresh and well maintained. Staff were all lovely and service from them was good. Disappointed to find the bar closed to guests on Friday night. Our post-dinner drink back at the hotel didn't work out. As a guest, the bas is one of the things you expect to be available. At. Minimum you have to let guests know it's closed so they can plan their night around it. Lovely building but dark rooms due to orientation.

The entire stay was perfection. Very friendly and attentive staff, wonderful room and the romantic package that i requested for our honeymoon was brilliant. The pool and steam room were really great too. The breakfasts were also a highlight. Honestly cannot recommend highly enough if you're looking for a luxurious stay in paris

This is a wonderful hotel in the Marais section of Paris. The staff are absolutely fantastic and the rooms are beautiful. Though the property is on a busy side street, the hotel seems very quiet. There’s an heated pool and sauna in the basement that is quite rare in Parisian hotels. Excellent shopping is close by with the BHV department store across the street and the metro station just a few steps away. Have to give a shout out too to the staff in the attached bar downstairs (Julien, Simon…)as they made our stay even more fun!

This hotel is a dream and looks as if it was curated for a Wes Anderson film. The room was comfortable and had every luxury you can think of. The pool and gym were both well appointed for a small hotel. The staff took suck good care of us from the moment we arrives. The concierge made several reservations for us since we do not speak French. I can’t imagine wanting to stay anywhere else in Paris.

The staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. The rooms are cute but need a deep cleaning. For an average cost of $1,000 a night I expect my room to be in prestige condition. It was not. The furniture and rugs were filthy. Also, the staff twice entered my room after a quick knock. One was checking to see if the room had been cleaned and the other one insisted he needed to check the mini bar stock. I was in bed half dressed taking a rest at 3pm. The level of unprofessional was baffling. As two women traveling alone in a foreign country, it was very disturbing. Safety for their customers is definitely not a priority nor is their privacy. We won't be back.

Wonderful Stay!

We spent three nights at Le Grand Mazarin this May and had a lovely time. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and decorated so beautifully, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms have lovely amenities and a wonderful shower. The pool on the bottom floor is beautiful as well. There is a small fitness center on the ground floor and a restaurant attached on the main floor. Awesome location near Le Marais for walking around and checking out all the wonderful shops, cafes and museums.
