We really enjoyed this hotel. The entrance is a little obscured but the entrance hallway is cool. There are stairs to get up to the lobby and the rooms as well. The staff where very helpful and made food recommendations. We wish we could have stayed longer than one night. We would stay here again.

A very good location if you don’t mind walking about 20-30 minutes to get to big attractions. The male manager during the week was very helpful with everything, from phone calls to carrying suitcases up to the top floor. The young woman wasn’t interested in helping us get our heavy suitcases from the top floor, down the stairs to the exit door. If you have physical difficulties with stairs and need help lifting, the female weekend manager isn’t interested in testing her muscular stamina for you.

Had a very nice stay here x 4 days. Centrally located close to Louvre. Staff super friendly. On check in our room wasnt ready , when ready the actually had our bags in the room. Thats service! No elevator but MANY hotels in europe dont. Very happy we stayed here.

Close to Louvre and several Metro lines for easy access about the city. Surrounding area is full of restaurants and the Palais Royal Gardens is 5 mins walk. Perfect for a short stay in Paris.

Fine room, too many steps

we stayed in the top floor room. the room was fine but there were 95 steps up a narrow stairway to get to the room. no elevator. perfect location near everything.

Nice and Comfortable stay.

This is a nice hotel centrally located. One negative is there is a lot of construction on the streets around the hotel, looks bad and noisy, takes away from the beauty of the place. You can easy get to the Louvre but it’s about 4 blocks away. Lots of good Asia food near by. As far as the hotel, it is nice and clean however there was a bad smell coming from the drainage holes, seems to be a common problem with the old buildings. Other than this front desk staff was very friendly. I stayed in a deluxe room which was very roomy however the height of the ceiling was low. Lastly there is a laundry mat 2 doors down. If you use it, the washer goes for a long time… fyi.
