Hotel room was tiny. Bathroom was tiny and next to one of the beds. It’s the smallest room I have ever had anywhere. Not cheap either for $173 a night. Elevator only fit one person and one suitcase. Nice neighborhood but I’ve liked every neighborhood in Paris that I stayed in. Wouldn’t stay here again

This hotel is a great value and very lovely. The desk staff was very friendly. The cleanliness was first rate and consistent. The room was adorable and the location cannot be beat. Short walks to moulin rouge and opera Greiner. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of amazing food, bars, and sights.

We very much appreciated the whole experience at this hotel. It was our first time in Paris. And a very nice place for our first stay. Important though! They no longer offer a shuttle service to the airport at least at this time. So that needs to be updated on Expedia’s information because we initially chose it partly because it had an inexpensive shuttle option, and later when we called to check in and arrange pickup found out. However, aside from that issue the hotel itself was lovely and I’d still recommend it since there are other options for transportation and we were able to arrange a ride through a separate company ahead of time that worked out well.

This one is tough for me to rate, but I'll start with the positives. It was super, super clean, felt very secure, and very accessible to walk or metro to all the main touristy areas. The rooms were very tiny, but we knew that going in. However, an important medical item went missing from my room, the only explanation I can think of is that the cleaners may have thrown it away, but I can't fathom throwing anyone's personal belongings away. We notified the hotel staff, and they didn't seem to really care that this had happened, which was very disappointing, and was a setback to the start of our trip. Definitely would not stay here again, and would recommend to look elsewhere, where your stuff will not be disturbed.
