Not good! The heating was on constant with no thermostat. We got very little sleep due to being so hot. Showering was a nightmare, the hot water only come out in a trickle. There was no happy medium, it was either freezing or boiling. We also weren’t told the top bedroom ceiling is very low so you can’t stand up. The curtains for this room were not wide enough for the windows so not private at all. These windows were also nailed shut which meant we couldn’t open them to help with the heating situation. I emailed studio prestige multiple times but nothing was done. The apartment looks tired (socket hanging of the wall, bedroom light broken, very old toilet seat, dirt and pubic hair on the bathroom skirting board) and is also in need of a deep clean. I’ve been waiting over two weeks for studio prestige to get back to me with an offer of compensation as the first offer of 115 (the cleaning fee) is not acceptable!

Der Gastgeber war sehr entgegenkommend, was die Ankunftszeit angeht, wir konnten gegen eine kleine Gebühr um 9 Uhr morgens ankommen, sehr reaktionsschnell per WhatsApp oder Telefon, Videos sind verfügbar, um viele Dinge bezüglich der Wohnung zu erklären, L" Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, hübsch und mit hohen Decken, Leider gibt es nur eine Toilette für 3 Doppelzimmer, was nicht ausreicht, Die Treppen sind für kleine Kinder nicht sicher, Es war nicht sehr sauber, die Öfen und Pfannen müssen ausgetauscht werden, Die Deckenhöhe eines der Schlafzimmer beträgt 1,40 Meter,

Diese Wohnung ist schön und liegt in der Nähe des Louvre. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Mein Mann und ich kannten die Gegend bereits, da wir schon einmal in einem nahegelegenen Hotel übernachtet hatten. Studioprestige reagiert sehr schnell und kommuniziert schnell. Wir haben diese Wohnung kurzfristig (am Vortag) gebucht, da unsere Reisegefährten (mein Bruder und meine Schwägerin) sich noch nicht entschieden hatten, wann sie uns in Paris besuchen würden. Wir hatten Glück, im Oktober eine so schöne Unterkunft in einer so tollen Lage zu finden. Es ist erwähnenswert, dass diese Wohnung keine Klimaanlage hat, aber es gibt viele Ventilatoren und bei geöffneten Fenstern weht eine angenehme Brise. Im Sommer kann es jedoch sehr heiß werden. Darüber hinaus ist es wichtig zu wissen, dass es in der Wohnung nur eine Toilette gibt, obwohl in der Auflistung 2,5 Bäder angegeben sind. Beim Lesen der Details ist klar, dass es nur eine Toilette gibt. Obwohl dies für uns keine große Sache war, gefällt dieser Aspekt manchen Leuten vielleicht nicht. Insgesamt würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten (nur nicht im Sommer).

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser fantastischen Wohnung mitten im Herzen von Paris. Die Betten waren herrlich, die Badezimmer klein, aber schön, obwohl die Beleuchtung verbessert werden könnte. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief gut, obwohl Check-in und Check-out Die Zeiten waren nicht flexibel. Dies ist jedoch verständlich, da es sich um ein größeres Unternehmen handelt. Insgesamt ist der Standort wirklich großartig und wir können ihn wärmstens empfehlen.

Mein Freund und ich hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. Sie liegt sehr zentral und die Umgebung ist sehr angenehm. Außerdem war das Team von Studio Prestige sehr hilfsbereit und erlaubte uns, unser Gepäck in ihrem Büro zu lassen. Sie sind sehr zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich, ich kann einen Aufenthalt bei ihnen wärmstens empfehlen ❤️
