The large bedroom overlooking the courtyard and under the canopy accommodates 1 queen-size bed [convertible on request into 2 single beds] as well as a sofa bed and a mezzanine cabin bed [width 90cm, with reading light and individual plug], the bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed and bedroom 3 has a 140cm double bed. Each room has individual air conditioning and beds are equipped with memory foam mattresses. The bathrooms have their own toilets and a large rain shower. In the basement, there is a relaxation area with large beanbags and lots of cushions! After a long day, relax with books, board games, darts, and a big TV screen !

* Events and parties are absolutely prohibited. No noise after 10 pm. The courtyard must stay totally quiet at all time, smoking is forbidden in the courtyard. The loft is equipped with a noise sensor*
