In a very quiet residential area, this house offers beautiful spaces and many rooms to accommodate a large family, even very large! On three levels, it adapts to all ages. The kitchen is particularly well equipped. The garden of 120 square meters offers, besides a large wooden terrace, some beautiful roses, organic tomatoes and an above ground pool will delight the youngest. The pianists will appreciate the presence of a study piano to continue the scales, even on holidays! On the transport side, the house is not far from the A1, A3 and A104 motorways. RER B goes to Villepinte station, which is a 15-minute walk away. In the surroundings, a huge park of 250 hectares for nature lovers, jogging or bike rides. On this subject, 4 of these machines are at your disposal. The linen is included: towels, sheets, duvets. The house is fully equipped with appliances, wifi and flat screen TV. An art piece also serves as an office or bedroom, or both. The house is overall very bright (south facing) and perfectly isolated. Warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Welcome !
