Laetitia was a 5*host in a 5*property. We were 2 couples and 2 singles, so we required a 4 bedroom. Our needs were definitely met. The design of the apartment was perfect, and we all had our privacy. The bedrooms were spacious. We were a 15 min walk from the st georges train station, which was an easy 4 stop 45 min commute to downtown Paris. Also the location was very close to Orly, maybe a 12 min drive. We spent a lot of time enjoying the terrace watching the ships pass by. During our 10 day stay we cooked our own meals about half the time and found the kitchen to be suitably stocked for our needs. 2 secure parking spots were required and available which was a huge bonus, as well as the washer/dryer and dishwasher. We would not hesitate to stay at Laetitia's apartment again. Her attention to detail, response time and overall concern for our well-being was unmatched. As Canadians, her warmth made us feel right at home:-)

Superbe place. Hors Paris mais la gare est très près et on se rend à Paris dans peu de temps. C'est propre et tres beau avec une tres belle terrasse. La propriétaire répond toujours très vite à nos demandes ou questionnements. Je vous le conseil, si vous voulez payer beaucoup moins cher qu'à Paris et avoir plus de sous pour votre voyage, cest la place à louer. On est super bien. Merci

Wonderful Vacation Home

With easy access to transit lines, this apartment was perfect for my family. We stayed about a week and enjoyed the quiet of the neighbourhood but could enter Paris easily. The train into Paris was easy to navigate. I enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect place for families! The space, the view, the neighborhood…. The transportation is also very convenient and no need to rent a car to go into town. We already recommended this place to our friends! I hope we can go back and visit soon

Amazing apartment with a beautiful view!

The place was so much fun to stay at. It had comfortable beds, beautiful italian showers and heated towel racks and a stunning view from the living room or balcony/patio. 10/10 would stay again when in Paris.

MUST STAY-AMAZING APARTMENT

I was overly pleased with the apartment and the owner. The place was great, beautiful view and close to grocery store,, restaurants and transportation. The owner was great as well. Whenever I asked a question she made sure to send the answer. She went over and beyond. The home is just as pictured. I will refer everyone who is going to paris to stay at this apartment. Amazing property

I have a family of 7 that decided to come to Paris and spend the holidays here. The communication with the property manager was great! She always replied really fast and was very helpful. My family really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Overall great place to stay!! Traffic was the only downside with the property being on average 35 minutes from the city center or Paris. It often took us an hour or more in traffic to get downtown. However that doesn’t have anything to do with the property itself. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Waterfront view of the Seine river was breathtaking.

Lots of space

The actual property was very nice with nice views, however it was far from the city and the public transportation was no good. We end up hiring a taxy for all the day's we were there and it cost 190.00 euros every day. A expense that was not in the planning. Leticia is a very good person on every way and she was there when needed.

Beautiful modern apartment

We had a superb time with our family of 8 adults.really spacious and modern apartment with lovely views over the river.easy to get into Paris on RER train without too much expense .Also went to Disney for 2days which is easy to get to.would definitely recommend to another family.Letitia kept in contact by WhatsApp and booked us taxi back to train station.wondrful experience

Paris Vacation with Kids

This property was as-advertised and in overall good condition. The owner was a very kind and helpful host, and they were always there when we needed them for help, including last-minute taxis to the airport, that was a life-saver! The apartment is a spacious and clean and perfect for 2-3 families with or without children. The train station (RER D) is approx. 12-15 minutes away, depending on how fast you walk, and the nearest full-service grocery store is approx. 15 minutes (bring your own bags). This is a perfect VRBO for a large group on a budget that doesn't mind the extra time and effort required to get to one of the three central Paris train stations in order to have more "fun" money to spend. But, be prepared to travel by train for about an hour each morning to get to central Paris. Also, Uber worked great from CDG to the apartment, but do not count on Uber to get you back to CDG. Instead, download "G7" and plan to use this taxi service. They were on time and slightly cheaper than Uber getting us back to CDG. A wonderful first trip to Paris, and thanks to this great VRBO!

Large 4 bedroom apartment, modern and clean and provided plenty of space for our large family of 9 to be accommodated without feeling like we were all on top of each other. Leititia was a great host who was very responsive to our enquires before and during our stay. The wifi was a little patchy and slow, but otherwise a great apartment with great views of the river, and conveniently only a 10 minute walk to Villenuvue St George’s train/RER Station

Great apartment

We had a great stay in the apartment. The location was excellent - 40 minutes to Disney, 40 mins to Versailles, a 10 minute walk to the train station for easy access to Central Paris. The apartment itself is on a quiet street overlooking the Seine - which the roof terrace makes the most of. However, it is also in close proximity to a supermarket to pick up the essentials! The décor and fittings are lovely and the layout was great - it would easily suit two small families (2 x families of 2 adults and 2 children). Laetitia was a great host and was always available if we had any queries.

Positief: Ligging in nabijheid openbaar vervoer.Mooie uitzicht over de Seine, mooi dakterras.Parkeergelegenheid voor de auto's.Negatief: Geluidsoverlast door vliegverkeer.Slechte bedden en stoelen.Niet geschikt voor mensen welke slecht ter been zijn. (lange trappen om in de gite te komen)

Tolle große Unterkunft für zwei Familien

Wir, 2 Familien mit insgesamt 3 Kindern hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Anbindung zum Bahnhof ist gut. Die 2 Disneylandbesuche sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren. Im großen und ganzen haben wir eine schöne Woche in einer tollen, großen und sauberen Unterkunft.
