The Space:

The "Passage of the Marais" is an elegantly furnished one bedroom apartment for up to 4 Guests.





Renovated with high-end accoutrements and stylishly decorated in an eclectic design mixing French Country Charm and Modern Atelier Style Design.





Featuring original elements from the 17th century, exposed stone wall and ceiling beams, decorative brick fireplace and hardwood floors. Historic Marais-style building from the 17th Century, located in a quiet passageway with galleries and boutiques. Can be rented along with L'Atelier du Passage for a group of 8 people (4 per apartment).





The well-appointed, spacious master bedroom features a very comfortable queen size bed for 2 guests. Luxurious sheets and oversized pillows will call to you after a day of exploring the wonders of Paris.



BED:



The sofa in the main living area is also a comfortable, high quality queen size sofa-bed to welcome two additional guests.

Full linens are provided for both beds.



KITCHEN:



The kitchen has been renovated with high-end fittings and features a fridge/freezer, ceramic induction stovetop, large sink, lighting, high-end microwave/grill, dishwasher, limestone countertop and historic-style cabinets. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar with 2 stools. There is a full dining table in the living area to seat up to 4 guests.





The spacious bathroom includes a full bathtub and shower, rare in the heart of "Ancien Paris" and offers a clothes washer and dryer for your convenience.





The apartment looks onto a quiet passageway with shops and greenery for a tranquil and historic ambiance.





TELECOMMUNICATION:



The apartment features a high-speed internet connection (Wifi), an internet-enabled TV, DVD player, digital radio, and telephone with FREE long-distance calls to over 70 countries.



The TV in the living area will let you see what's going on in the world with hundreds of channels in many languages and CNN and BBC in English. But remember, you didn't come to Paris to care about what's going on in the world. So set it to some digital radio instead, sip some wine and nibble some fromage; now that's  much better !
