We felt really safe and secure staying here. It was very clean and the staff at reception were very friendly, kind and helpful. It was a convenient location to walk everywhere or to catch the metro less than a block away. We were able to leave our luggage locked up securely while we waited for our room to be prepared which gave us an opportunity to explore and walk around freely. Parc Monseau very close by and so beautiful to see as well. Thank you!

Great property. Our family was very comfortable there and staff was amazing. Breakfast is lacking but not a big deal since there a lot around the hotel to eat at. It’s not super central…takes about 20-30 via a uber to get anywhere but there is a close by train station.

The hotel was excellent! I was not impressed with the breakfast “buffet.” The terrace was a great asset but some attention need to be given to the plants to improve the ambiance.

The location was fantastic—just outside the main tourist zone but only a few metro stops from the Arc de Triomphe. There are plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, which made the area very enjoyable. The room was quite spacious, which worked well for our longer stay. However, it lacked comfort. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, even after the hotel provided a replacement. The mattress was so thin that we could feel the springs, which made sleeping difficult. Another issue was that not all electrical outlets were functional, which was frustrating. Additionally, our room had an external entrance, which wasn’t ideal on rainy days. The stairway carpet was old, stained, and in need of replacement. Overall, while the location is excellent, the hotel really needs to invest in maintenance and comfort improvements to justify a higher rating.

Such a wonderful stay here! The staff was available 24/7 and very kind and helpful. Helen was charming. Delicious coffee is available self-service in the dining room. You can easily walk to MonMarte, Parc Monceau, Arch Triumph, and even the Eiffel Tower…. However, I caught the bus back. The transportation is close by (within a block) and helpful folks around to help navigate. Can’t say enough about this property. Super comfortable beds, little kitchenette, and great showers. If you are very sensitive to noise- sirens were going by often but the closed windows were enough for me to ignore the sounds- the building itself was super quiet.
Dinner Cruise on the Seine was well worth it

This hotel is very nice, safe, clean and comfortable. Was perfect for a family of 4, many options for eating nearby. You can choose to walk or take the train, also taxi pick area is 1 block away. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Overall great stay!

Lovely little hotel. We didn’t have the breakfast as thought it was a little expensive for what it was and the pillows were not our choice (although we didn’t mention this at the time as it didn’t ruin anything), however the location was great and the added bonus of hot choc and pod coffee was great in an evening after sight seeing all day. Possible a small freezer area would be handy if on a budget but just a thought. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great hotel. Only let down was air con wasn’t operational due to it being ‘winter’ despite a particularly warm spell in late March. Meant the first night was very hot, and couldn’t leave window open as noise from road.
