Authentic & Design Parisian apartment in historical center
The apartment is in Le Marais, Rue des Francs Bourgeois, right in the center of Paris, that you can choose to walk everywhere easily. The location is surrounded with old historical buildings and the Place Des Vosges is just around the corner. And there are many choices of restaurants and shops around.
The building is from the 19th century, all in stone.
The apartment is very stylish with designer pieces and decoration from antic shops.

THE APARTMENT
You enter in a stylish living room with authentic designer furniture as Le Corbusier and old pieces of art and decoration picked in auction or antic shops, mostly from 40'-50'.
The apartment is very comfortable for relaxing after wandering in the city.
Full of light and very quiet as it is at the last floor. You would feel like a nestle over the roof.
The bathroom is large with big shower. The toilets are separated from the bathroom.
The kitchen is quite big and fully equipped with a good coffee machine, oven, and dishwasher.
A washing machine and dryer are available at the same floor.
The apartment is at the 6th floor with no elevator, as most Parisian building. But what a delight when you are in the apartment to feel so quiet, above Paris.
I can provide you a list of nice restaurants in the area.
I provide bed linen, towels, tea and coffee.

LUGGAGE
There is an official check in and check out in time but I always try to be as flexible as possible according to the schedule of the other guests and the schedule of the maid.
In any case, you can usually leave your luggage in advance (after 10Ham) at your arrival, even if the apartment is not ready, and leave them after the official check out, upon request, and according to what is possible. But in general it is very easy and it works very well.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
