The apartment boasts an incredible location: at the foot of the Statue of Liberty, on the banks of the Seine, with breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower! Enjoy breakfast on the patio overlooking the Seine, its barges and riverboats, while watching the sunrise shimmer on the Statue's crown. Take a romantic stroll on the Île aux Cygnes (Swan Island), facing the most famous symbol of Paris and France.

The apartment has been recently renovated, features 4-meter high ceilings, and a typical Parisian glass roof. It's located in an artist's building in one of Paris's most prestigious arrondissements.

The apartment has three proper beds: a separate bedroom with two bunk beds (one double bed and one single bed); a living room with a separate sitting area; and another double bed. This two-room apartment also includes:
A bathroom equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and hairdryer;

A fully equipped kitchenette: refrigerator, mini-oven, microwave, stovetop, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, cutlery, utensils, and cooking essentials for up to 6 people;

A patio with a dining table for family or group meals;

A TV and relaxation area.

This apartment is completely independent and secure: with a reinforced door and a tamper-proof 7-point lock. It is pet-friendly.

The view of the Eiffel Tower was better than in the pictures! It was a delightful place, the beds were comfy and we could walk to places to eat nearby. I recommend it and would return!

Loved it 😍

It was a great experience staying here we all loved it. Very walkable even to the Eiffel Tower and other places in the area. Restaurants, bars and grocery store very close. Let’s not forget the beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower and Seine River from the kitchen windows. I will highly recommend this place to all my friends and family when visiting Paris.
