Lovely Parisian apartment of 31 sqm, tastefully decorated which can accommodate up to 2 guests.



It offers comfort conditions of high standard with its 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC, its fully equipped kitchen. I'll also appreciate the numerous storage and the pleasant dining area and the piano for music lovers.



It is very calm, being 100% on a courtyard, even if it is a prime location, in the heart of Paris with an easy and safe access. All the facilities around.
