Great Apartment

Overall a great apartment. Close to Gare de Lyon and very walkable even from Notre Dame (30 min). For a Paris apartment its large.. about 900sq ft. The only drawback is that the three bedrooms are all essentially in the basement and there are no windows so its a bit like sleeping in a cave. The upstairs has a large window but it is frosted over as it looks out to the sidewalk, so there is really no view at all. Considering the price though, it was an awesome value and the management company was great.
