This fully equipped one bedroom apartment is a block away from the Champs Elysees closed to the Franklin Roosevelt metro station. It is located at the first level (second American) of a XIX century building with only courtyard views and therefore is quiet. The building is very secure and has an elevator.

The one bedroom consists of a living room with a couch sleeping two and a table for four , a bedroom with king size bed ( 180 * 200 cm or 72 * 80 inches ), a bathroom with large shower, toilets, basin, a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/drier and a walk in closet.

The apartment comes with free WI-Fi and free cable TV.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than ten minutes) to the Champs Elysees ( exactly 4 minutes) , Grand Palais, Tuileries Gardens, rue du Faubourd Saint Honore, Avenue Montaigne, Elysees Presidential Palace or Madeleine/Opera. It is a lovely walk (less than 30 minutes) or a short direct metro ride (less than 5 minutes) to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre. Franklin Roosevelt, the nearest metro station is on line 1 and 9.

The area is very safe. This is where most of the four stars hotels of Paris are located. There is a wide range of restaurants and a number of supermarkets in the immediate neighborhood

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 100pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 100pm.

Lovely apartment convenient to metro and many walkable sights. Great suggestions by host which made the stay stress free. Quiet courtyard in a busy area. Safe neighborhood and we can't wait to come back.

Kitchen didn't have much bench space, frying pan needs replacing, not enough cups/mugs and only one power outlet in the kitchen.Bedroom was tight but had a king bed and the living area is spacious with a large dining table, double chaise lounge and large flat screen tv.Internet works well and the apartment is walking distance to all amenities.

The owner met us at the property and was very helpful. The property was as advertised and in a great location to walk to the things we wanted to see and do or take transit if we preferred. The kitchen and bathroom were updated and the bed was comfortable after walking all day. Great rental!

The communication with the manager was very good, before and during our stay. The location is walking distance to many major attractions. However, the apartment somewhat disappointed us. It requires some updating of the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The wooden floors are in poor condition. The kitchen is adequate to prepare breakfasts, but was inadequate to prepare more elaborate meals. There were street noises throughout the week and regular vibrations from what we believe was the underground subway.

Perfect place - close to lots but not busy

Great place to land. Drop your bags and go. Easy to get to Metro, restaurants, and sites. Our 20 yr old slept on pull out and said it was very comfortable. Owner was super helpful.

Highly recommended apartment.

We were guests at this lovely property for 8 nights. The property overlooks a cute courtyard, so that it is always bright and cheery. The bedding and furniture are comfortable. There is a very nice shower --- hot water is not an issue The well appointed kitchen includes a dishwasher, and combination washer/dryer. There are an abundance of nearby supermarket, dining, boulangerie/pâtisserie, and pharmacy options. The Champs Elysees is a five minute walk away. We were very pleased with our stay and would gladly return!

Exactly as described!

If you are looking for an apartment in the 8th arrondissement, this place is centrally located. Close to metro, cafes, shopping, etc… Apartment is clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The shower is excellent and the bed was comfortable. Oliver was helpful with metro questions and gave great suggestions for food locally. The washer and dryer was helpful to have for an extended stay and the living space gave us the ability to spread out vs a hotel. Just a note to close the outdoor metal shutters in the bedroom or you have daylight coming in very early, the charming wood floors do squeak quite a bit, and don’t forget shampoo, conditioner and soap as it is not provided. Overall a nice stay.

Excellent location, needs refreshed

Spent a week with 2 teenage children. Pros: location - easy metro stops, blocks from Champs, property manager responsive.Cons: couch is broken and dirty, shower is a mess - mold on ceiling and doesn’t drain well, courtyard motion sensor light shines DIRECTLY into bedroom and even with metal shutters closed, it woke us up each time someone came or went.

Perfect location

For two people this is the perfect apartment for a long stay. Kitchen perfect, you can actually cook if you want. We would have breakfast some mornings. Bedroom and bed very comfortable. Bathroom perfect for two, great shower. And the living room dining room great place to work or relax. Very private. On the weekends it can be a little noisy but during the week no problem. We had no problem sleeping. It felt like home and Oliver was the perfect contact with great advice. Highly recommended

Not enough hot water for barely 2 showers. No written instructions for a confusing washer dryer. Oliver was very helpful but we still couldn’t quite figure it out. It’s great to have a washer dryer available. Plan plenty of time to do your laundry. The location is The “Best” for getting anywhere easily. The elevator works great. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. Oliver met us when we arrived to give us great information and always responded quickly to any questions we had. It was my cousin and I who stayed there and we would rent again next time we are in Paris. It was a great 6 day trip!

Paris getaway

We enjoyed our stay - only a couple minor complaints were that the shower water became cold before both of us were able to take a shower at a time and it was very cold this past weekend in Paris so the apartment itself was cold getting out of a cold shower. For the price of this listing, we’d have appreciated hot water for both of our showers. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and the communication with the Host was very easy. He was very hospitable and we appreciated him providing a crib for our baby.

Great location, great place, great host

Tough to beat this location, basically a 2 minute walk to endless restaurants and shops. The apartment sits in a quite courtyard was very spacious for paris standards and had everything you needed even a waher/dryer combo that we could actually figure out. The host was great, met us to answer any questions and even allowed us to drop our bags early in the day. Couldnt have asked for more.

Best location

The place is perfect for two if you want to be near many of the main attractions in the 8th and 9th arrondissements. The bathroom is a bit small but has been completely updated. There isn’t a lot of light but hopefully you’re out at night enjoying the amazing Paris restaurants.

Fantastic Adventure

Extremely knowledgeable Host-Oliver! Explained the appliances, the neighborhood , grocery, bakery etc Valuable info for a weeks stay. The flat was clean, bed comfortable , building access perfect. My Husband or I do not speak French so Taxi and Metro was perfect and within a few blocks. Overall, we would love to stay again when we find our selves in Paris. Thank You Oliver
