The apartment is around 10 minutes away by foot from the famous place du Trocadéro.
From there the Eiffel Tower can be reached by simply crossing the Iéna bridge.

Located in one of the most prestigious area in Paris, well known for its richness in French Popular culture, this luxury 2 BEDROOMS DUPLEX Apartment offers AIRCOND and 2 great TERRACES, one of them with an astounding view on the Eiffel tower.
A parking place inside the building is at the disposal of the guests.

The apartment is situated on the 8th floor and last of a modern building (with elevator) and offers a view on the Eiffel tower.

The apartment basks in natural light, thanks it’s large bay windows.

On entering the apartment one has a feeling of wide space: immediately to the left is the living room and to the right the dining room. Front is the kitchen.
The living room, dining room and kitchen all open on a private terrace offering a direct view on the Eiffel tower and equipped with a table for up to 6 guests. Dining or taking a drink on the terrace is a real pleasure in summer.

The wooden floored living room is spacious. The large sliding bay windows may be opened widely to access the terrace. Elegantly decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture and paintings, this room offers 2 comfortable sofa and armchairs. This is a great place to lounge after a tiring day of sightseeing. Not to speak of the large flat TV screen. Both sofa are large and comfortable and each can host 1 guest for the night.

The dining room is decorated with furniture carefully chosen by the owner and also equipped with a table for up to 6 guests.

The kitchen located between the living and dining room is very well equipped with modern apparatus, including an ice distribution fridge pretty rare in Paris.

Before the living room entrance is an extra toilet for guests.

When going upstairs, one finds the 2 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms :

To the left is the master bedroom. Tastefully decorated, this bedroom has a large bay window giving on a second private terrasse and offers a comfortable king size bed. It also offers ample amount of discrete storage space, and a television facing the bed.

Opposite the master bedroom is the second bedroom with a large window, it is comfortable for 2. It offers a double bed and an office to work if needed. This bedroom overlooks a nice private and quiet garden.

At the mid-course of the corridor are the bathrooms. The 1st bathroom offers a bathtub, vanity area and a toilet and also profits from a window.

The second bathroom offers a shower, vanity area and a second toilet.

Trendy and luxury shops are steps away, as are many friendly cafés terraces.
The beautiful “Jardin du Ranelagh “ is 5 minutes away by foot.

The apartment is 1 minute away by foot from Metro station “La Muette”.
Champs Elysées are 10 mn by subway, Saint-Germain, and “The Louvre” museum between 10 and 15mn.
