Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Host never responded. Did not meet us at the property. Never sent check-in instructions. We were let in by a resident as we had our suitcases with us and it was so hot outside. We waited an hour… no host, no contact! Got on the phone with the booking agency and reported it. Was on the phone for a long while… passed off to another booking agency. Agency tried to reach host… NOTHING! NO REAPONSE!!! Had to book another place to stay as we were stranded! Unbelievable!!! WE WERE UNABLE TO USE THIS BOOKING, AND STILL NO FEFUND 10 days now!! And, there is notice of BEDBUGS in the building! Posted clearly on the office door to the right when entering the inner door of the building.
