Very MIxed Experience

Our stay overall was "Ok" but there is much to improve.First off, the apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift and only accessible via a very tight spiral staircase. Travelers should know that upfront if mobility challenged at all you will not enjoy your stay.The place was clean overall, but the showers were a bit challenging with them going from scalding hot to icy cold with no interaction on the controls. Communication with the property manager was not always easy and we had some check-in issues along with 2 other travelers we encountered at the very same property.Again, overall it was just "ok".
