The place was not at all as pictured. I knew it wasn’t going to be amazing given how late we booked, but it was clear that this was not a place people normally stayed in — for good reason. Most of the pictured furniture wasn’t there for starters. The kitchen was fine except for the lack of basic items like dish towels, oven mitts, and spatula. The pull out bed was fine too, but the pillows were old and gross, and the chairs at the table were made of crumbling faux leather that we never wanted to sit on. The washer leaked all over the floor so I had to put a bowl under it. The shower did the same thing, which explains why the entire bathroom was covered — I repeat, COVERED — in mold and mildew. We didn’t realize how bad it was until we took a shower. Truly upsetting. I vomitted at one point because the smell was so pervasive despite running the bathroom fan 24/7. The WiFi box also didn’t work. I will say that the management company did provide a replacement box, but it was practically useless. We couldn’t stream anything and it kicked us off the network repeatedly. I had to use my international roaming the entire time we stayed there. Overall, deeply disappointed and unimpressed. The only benefit was the location and ease of access to the building. Definitely would not recommend this spot or company; I hope they can improve this site because it is certainly not safe or pleasant for people to stay in.

Appartement agrĂ©able et bien situĂ©.Toutefois, plusieurs points ont posĂ© problĂšme durant le sĂ©jour. La rĂ©servation a Ă©tĂ© effectuĂ©e via Abritel, mais la gestion sur place dĂ©pendait en rĂ©alitĂ© d’une agence externe (Belvilla / Checkmyguest), ce qui a rendu la comprĂ©hension des responsabilitĂ©s et la gestion des rĂ©clamations compliquĂ©es.À l’arrivĂ©e, Ă  20 h, plusieurs dysfonctionnements ont Ă©tĂ© constatĂ©s :‱ La box ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui empĂȘchait l’accĂšs au wifi et Ă  la tĂ©lĂ©vision.‱ Le store occultant Ă©tait hors service, rendant la chambre lumineuse la nuit et le matin.‱ Une forte odeur d’égout persistait dans la salle de bain.‱ La porte de la douche fermait mal, entraĂźnant des fuites d’eau sur le parquet.‱ Le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur Ă©tait difficilement utilisable en raison d’une porte de compartiment congĂ©lateur cassĂ©e.Les signalements ont Ă©tĂ© effectuĂ©s, mais les solutions n'ont pas Ă©tĂ© apportĂ©es durant notre sĂ©jour.Une demande de remboursement est en cours auprĂšs d’Abritel, Belvilla et Checkmyguest, l’identification du bon interlocuteur n’étant pas claire.
