The property was just as advertised and worked well for our family (two adults, two children). The apartment receives much natural light from the large windows, is clean, and newly painted. The clothes washer was convenient. There is a laundry shop just down the street where it is easy to dry the clothes. We appreciated being able to do a late night check-in without any extra fees. This was easy to do since the Owner used a lock-box. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to singles and small families.

SALE ET MOISISSURE

A notre arrivée les femmes de ménages se présentent 2 minutes avant nous. Elles restent 5 minutes et nous remettent les clefs. Surprise désagréable après passage express du ménage. Dans une armoire, découverte de restes de pizzas, sauces et autres aliments. Les draps ne semblent pas avoir été changés ( Grrr). La literie et oreillers sont sales. Une odeur de renfermé et humidité, vous saisissent en entrant. Normal de la moisissure est présente dissimulée derrière de larges rideaux. Les points positifs rue calme et peu passante. Nous ne reviendrons pas de ce logement.

Rare appartement avec chambre fermée . Quartier paisible, transports en commun à proximité . Toutefois , peu de restaurants dans ce quartier.
