Des voleurs! Très mauvais service clientèle! Au moins 10 échanges de messages et appels pour régler un problème qui n’a jamais été réglé. Je fais une réservation 1 mois d’avance pour 2 semaines. 2 jours après, j’envoie un message pour pousser la date d’arrivée d’une journée. Le même jour, on me confirme que la mise à jour sera faite. On me charge tout de même pour 14 jours alors qu’avec le changement qu’ils ont confirmé par écrit, nous ne sommes restés que 13 jours. Et bien, rien à faire! Ils ne veulent pas me rembourser et ne retournent plus mes appels. Je n’y comprends absolument rien, surtout que j’avais encore quelques semaines pour tout annuler avec un remboursement de 100%… Tout ces messages et appels m’ont vraiment dérangé pendant mon séjour! Dommage! Je suis une grande voyeuse et jamais je n’ai rencontré un tel comportement. VRBO plus jamais! Never again!
