The location of this property is great, we keep discovering new places in the neighborhood every time we stay. But the reality of the real property vs. the listing is not insignificant. Access to the apartment is through one gate on the street (code required), one gate at the end of the passage (code required), door to the building (code required), very finicky elevator button that required 6-7 attempts, then finally a 2-stage lock to the front door. The first thing we discovered is that the descriptions of the bathrooms is NOT accurate. It is listed as 2 bathrooms, each with a bathtub, toilet and shower. The reality is that there are 2 bathrooms, each with a shower and sink. and very tiny. The sole toilet is in a separate room. So do not expect 2 complete, separate bathrooms as we did! The second thing we discovered was when we placed a cell phone on one of the nightstands and it collapsed, broken before we arrived so we only had one. More small but annoying details: bathroom door in the second bedroom drags on the floor and requires lots of pushing to open/close, there are no soap dishes in the showers, no toilet paper holder in the toilet room, sofas are stained and need cleaning, and there is a rather strange assortment of eating utensils, no regular spoons and only tiny drinking glasses. Overall we felt we overpaid for what we got, unfortunate but the risk you take. Just wish the listing had been more honest.
