We had a pleasant stay, the place is very clean. Unfortunately, people are loud but can’t control that haha. It’s not bad to go to arc de triomphe. I will stay here again!

Indigne d une location

Les fenêtres sont pourries d'humidité ( j'ai des photos) et ne s'ouvrent pas donc les volets non plus, c'est impossible d' aérer cet appartement extrêmement humide. Deux autres fenêtres ,elles ne ferment pas et laissent entrer bruit et froid. La porte de douche ne ferme pas non plus et le mitigeur fuit. C'est dommage car c'est un bel appartement dans un quartier très agréable mais il faudrait qu'il soit entretenu par les propriétaires. il est peut-être bien l'été mais sûrement pas en hiver lorsqu'il fait froid et humide.
