This was our first time in Paris, and communication with the host was great. The location was nicely located with lots of food options. The only down fall was the spiral stairs dragging luggage up them is a burden. It would have been nice to have hand towels in both restrooms. It is a little creepy the first time you open the blue door from the street to the entry area as it is under construction, but well lit and after initial impression it was ok. Overall a good stay and would recommend pending they know you have to climb narrow spiral stairs to come and leave the room.
The entry way is a construction area and is a bit creepy when you first arrive.
