Le Marais

We had a great stay in the property. The Merveil Team was very communicative and helpful. The apartment was ready a little later than promised, but once we got it in it was clean. We enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our family. They helped us find luggage storage before we could get in. It was close to the metro. Cute cafes in the neighborhood. Short walk to the grocery store. It was nice it had an elevator especially with the luggage. Everything they sent was very helpful. The only thing I would say they need to add is more fans so that each bedroom has one. It can get a little stuffy in the rooms since there is no air conditioning and especially since you have to close the front windows at night so it isn't too loud. It was great to have the kitchen and it was nicely stocked with everything needed like a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, water boiler and stove. It was nice to have place for breakfast or coffee and snacks when we got out from sightseeing. Overall we had a great trip and enjoyed staying in this property.

Cheaply done, overpriced and loud

Very loud around the apartment. In front blvd de Sébastopol, above and across in the back another rented apartment and in our case with kids running around on wooden floor and a group of youngsters discussing loudly. No aircon, no dishwasher and no space in the kitchen, nearly no hangers/space in neither of the 2 bathrooms. We were 6 adults and cannot recommend this apartment for a larger group. Totally overpriced and cheaply done.
