Far from luxury

The property was certainly not up to expectations of “luxury”. We left the property without staying the night as we were not comfortable with the building as secure doors were left open and windows felt accessible. The air conditioner was damaged and actually made the unit hotter and the heat was unbearable, this was before the heat wave even hit. They did respond quickly by email, son I give them credit for that. We should have taken the one single review as a red flag. No recourse to have a partial refund as air conditioner not stated on listing.

Geweldige locatie in het centrum van Parijs

Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. Het appartement was schoon, prachtig ingericht en voorzien van alle faciliteiten. Vanwege de ligging van de locatie heb je niet het idee dat je in het centrum verblijft. Het was een rustig gebied om te verblijven. Verder verliep de communicatie zeer soepel bij enkele op en of aanmerkingen van onze kant. Direct werd er gereageerd en actie ondernomen. Een zeer goede en vriendelijke benadering vanuit het serviceteam! Mochten wij weer naar Parijs gaan, zullen wij zeker deze plek weer bezoeken en anderen deze locatie zeer zeker aanbevelen. Wij willen de accommodatie bedanken voor de bijdrage aan een prachtig mooie ervaring in Parijs.
