I have never before given a review of a property I’ve stayed at because they usually don’t meet expectations. Our group of six adults and four children fit the property perfectly. Everyone in the family was thrilled with their accommodations. The location of this property was very thoughtful. We ate across the street at Saint Honare several times. The food was great. The supermarket just half a block on the way to the Arc de Triumph had most of what we needed. At the bottom of the street was a lovely park. The taxi stand kitty corner to the apartment made all transportation so easy. In one week, we barely scratched the surface of the close sites. The neighborhood was very safe. We ran into a couple of technical issues so I sent an online chat to Merveil and the response was so rapid and thorough that I was truly impressed by their professionalism. Simply the best experience you could want.

We loved the location and size of this apartment. The bedroom and bathroom locations were great. Our one complaint is the smell of sewer that affected 2 of the bedrooms. But everything else was great and the hosts communicated quickly and well. We would stay here again.

Fabulous property in a great neighborhood. Apartment was beautiful. Plenty of room for a family of 12 adults. Bedrooms were a good size for a city and plenty of bathrooms, so no one was ever waiting. Apartment was super clean and tidy when we arrived. We loved that the apartment came with a well equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso, oven, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer. The AC was fantastic (and much needed given Paris was 102F one day we were there). Best part was sitting out on the balcony from the family room at night where you had a wonderful view of the city, including the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur. Location is wonderful, in a residential neighborhood about a 5 min walk from Arc de Triomphe and Champs d'Elyse. There are three brasseries / bars right below the apartment (but no noise) and two grocery stores a 2 minute walk away. The hosts (Merveil) were very responsive by email / text, usually replying within 30 mins. They let us drop bags at the apartment around 1pm before a 4pm check in which was really appreciated. We all had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again next time we are in Paris!

Incredible Paris Apartment in the perfect location

A stunning apartment in an incredible location. We would all stay here again. We booked through VRBO and communication from the VRBO portal to the management company did not work. This was frustrating and a bit unnerving as the apartment was showing up on the VRBO map in a different location. When we were able to connect with Merveil the management company everything ran smoothly. The apartment is in a beautiful building in one of the best locations in Paris. Views of the Eiffel Tower and Sacre-Coeur. Extremely clean and updated, rooms were spacious and comfortable. It is a phenomenal property.

Great location. No fault of property.. but construction noise most of stay. Also a sewage smell from several bathrooms. They did come and worked on it and it helped.
