The bathroom is modern, featuring a spacious walk-in shower, a vanity unit with mirror, and a heated towel rack. Nearby, a washing machine and dryer are available, ideal for longer stays.



The entire space is bright, quiet, and well laid out—perfect for a restful stay in Paris.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to the apartment. It is designed for self check-in, with the keys securely stored in a key box. This system allows guests to arrive at their convenience, regardless of the time.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located on a quiet and safe street in the 15th arrondissement, just steps from Rue de la Convention, a lively shopping street. Within a five-minute walk, you can pick up fresh bread from Maison Landemaine bakery at 63 Rue de la Convention, do your grocery shopping at Franprix (no. 69), or stop by the local pharmacy at number 80. The area also offers several cozy cafés, a wine shop, a cheese shop, and other useful local stores.



For lunch or dinner, you’ll find plenty of nearby options. Le Bélisaire, just around the corner at 2 Rue Marmontel, serves modern French cuisine, and the many eateries along Rue de la Convention offer both dine-in and takeaway options. Three times a week, a local market sets up a few blocks away, particularly on Place Charles Michels, with fresh produce, cheese, and artisanal goods.



The neighborhood is clean, residential, and pleasant to live in. It’s perfect for both sightseeing and remote work, with all daily essentials just a short walk away.



Getting Around:

The apartment is ideally located for getting around Paris. The Convention metro station (line 12) is about a 7-minute walk away and offers direct access to Montparnasse, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, and the Grands Boulevards area. Several bus lines also run nearby, making it easy to explore the city above ground.



If you enjoy cycling, there are multiple Vélib’ bike stations in the surrounding streets — a fun and affordable way to move around the city freely.



As for parking, street parking is available but often paid and limited. For more convenience, consider using a public parking garage a few minutes’ walk away, such as Indigo Lecourbe, Parkélis Convention, or Zenpark Vaugirard (some allow online reservations).

- You can bring a pet - but it must be added as a guest before booking.

- Use Parkopedia to find a parking space / Nannybag if you need storage for your luggage after booking.

- We can provide a baby cot upon request and free of charge.

- For same-day arrivals (i.e., if you book the apartment on the day of your arrival), the apartment can be cleaned until 7 p.m. instead of the usual 2 p.m.
