Property Details:

This 65-sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a sink, refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. You’ll also find a full set of dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. For added convenience, the flat offers a clothes washer with a drying rack, as well as an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom.



The first bedroom overlooks the quiet courtyard and features a comfortable queen bed, while the second bedroom faces the street and also offers a queen bed. The living room includes a double sofa bed, making the apartment suitable for up to six guests. All beds have high-quality mattresses with professionally laundered sheets, pillows, comforters, and pillowcases. The apartment includes two bathrooms, both accessible from the hallway. Each is fitted with a shower, toilet, and sink. A hairdryer is provided, along with complimentary starter toiletries including toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 must be paid via a secure payment link before arrival

Located in the heart of the 8th Arrondissement, this apartment places you within walking distance of some of Paris’s most iconic landmarks. Just steps away, you’ll find the magnificent Madeleine Church – a must-see for architecture lovers. A short stroll brings you to the world-famous Champs-Élysées, home to luxury boutiques like Louis Vuitton and Chanel, as well as the legendary Ladurée, where you can indulge in Parisian macarons.

At the top of the avenue stands the monumental Arc de Triomphe, offering breathtaking views across the city and the Eiffel Tower. Also nearby are the Grand Palais and Petit Palais, both architectural gems filled with art and culture, as well as the historic Place de la Concorde.

Line 1 also provides quick connections to the main RER stations, giving you direct links to Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
