Située à moins de 30 minutes du centre de Paris et à une demi-heure du parc Eurodisney, la villa "Les Volets bleus" exposée plein sud vous offre ce luxe appréciable de vivre face à la rivière, de bénéficier d’un jardin raffiné à l'abri des regards et de profiter d'une décoration intérieure vintage composée de meubles d'époques différentes (du Louis XV à l'Art Déco des années 1930).
Ce coin de paradis des Bords de Marne est parfaitement adapté pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis (jusqu'à quatre couchages : 2 chambres de 2 personnes).
Au rez-de-chaussée, vous apprécierez le volume et la luminosité du vaste séjour et de la cuisine semi-ouverte, le tout baigné dans la verdure.
A l'étage, vous disposerez de deux chambres, équipées chacune d'un lit double (160 et 140) en offrant une vue imprenable sur la Marne.
Vous succomberez au charme des salles de bain avec leurs sanitaires d'époque années 1930 et leurs robinetteries restaurées à l'identique.
Cette villa au charme début de siècle deviendra votre refuge quotidien, après chacune de vos escapades parisiennes en voiture ou en transports en commun. L’occasion rêvée de profiter de Paris au calme sans en supporter les pollutions, l’exiguïté des appartements et la surpopulation. Vous pourrez stationner votre véhicule sur un emplacement réservé situé devant l'entrée de la villa.

Statt der drei Zimmer waren es nur zwei. Heizung funktionierte nicht. Die Aussenanlage und die Aussenmöbel waren völlig verdreckt und unbenutzbar. Vor Ort wurden damit konfrontiert, dass wir die Endreinigung durchführen sollen. Der angegebene Parkplatz unbenutzbar. Die Fahrräder existieren nicht. Die angegebenen Feuerstellen dürfen nicht benutzt werden. In einem der Schlafzimmer haben wir über 40 Spinnen gezählt. Die Möbel sind alt, verschmutzt und schäbig.Auf unser Anschreiben hat der Vermieter nicht reagiert. Wir sind nach einer Nacht abgereist.

Einfach schön

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter ist wirklich sehr nett und gibt Tipps für Unternehmungen. In das süße Haus haben wir uns verliebt. Die Lage ist einmalig schön, eine ruhige Gegend direkt am Wasser mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

La maison aux volets bleus

Super séjour, dans un cadre exceptionnel. L'hôte nous a parfaitement accueilli et donné de précieux conseils. La maison est super bien placée, stationnement exclusif. Les linges de lit, serviettes de toilettes sont fournies. Il y a de grandes et belles pièces. Les literies sont confortables, la cuisine très bien équipée. Vous y passerez certainement un bon moment.
