L'appartement comprend :

- Salon avec canapĂ©-lit pour un adulte, deux fauteuils, TVHD, connexion internet wifi, table basse, tapis, fenĂȘtres donnant sur la cour intĂ©rieure.
- Cuisine ouverte avec rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, congĂ©lateur, four, micro-ondes, plaque de cuisson, lave-vaisselle, cafetiĂšre (avec capsules), bouilloire, grille-pain et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner et manger. Nombreux espaces de rangement. Coin repas central avec chaises hautes pour les personnes FenĂȘtre sur la cour intĂ©rieure.

Pour les grands groupes : My OpĂ©ra de Paris I et My OpĂ©ra de Paris II, qui sont situĂ©s au mĂȘme Ă©tage, peuvent ĂȘtre rĂ©servĂ©s ensemble et accueillir jusqu'Ă  16 personnes.

Le lave-linge/sÚche-linge est situé dans le sas devant l'appartement et est partagé avec l'autre appartement "My Opéra II".

Near train

Small rooms close to train lovely. Having an elevator to help with suitcases was key since on the third floor. Great area!!

The bathrooms situation was uncomfortable. Only 1 full bathroom next to kitchen. 1 half bathroom had only a tub and sink. The other one very small with just a toilet and sink. Hot water runs out quick. It was 5 of us so there had to be a lot of group planning to use shower or toilets 😂 Host was very prompt to answer every inquiry/ request. The kitchen and living room were very confortable and fully operational. Very nice interior design. well situated prop next to train station

Great Experience

Property is just what we needed for our long weekend in Paris. Property is in a great location near opera, with convenient access to Saint Lazare train station, which made it easy to get around Paris via the Metro. The keys to the apartment were a bit hard to work, so just make sure you pull hard to get out of the lock. The highlight of the amenities was the concierge service. Eve with the concierge staff was fantastic, both making new restaurant reservations and canceling existing reservations I had made in advance that we’re no longer going to work. Overall, excellent experience and I would stay here again.

Wonderful Apartment!

Beautiful apartment, really clean, great beds, the bathrooms were wonderful. No issues at all with anything, the owner sent instructions for retrieving the keys the morning of our check in. All around a very easy check in/ out process. It is in a wonderful area where you can walk to lots of cafes and it also is a quiet unit in the back of the building so we we were able to get good sleep! Highly recommend!!
