With a 17m long balcony,located at the 5th floor with elevator this family apartment is just amoment walk away,(300m) from the Parc Monceau.It is 15'walk from the Arc de Triomphe ( 2 metro stations).This 1882 classical apartment (1050 sqfeet) living space,and a 2.90m high molded type ceiling is south,south west oriented,with a 17m long balcony which spans all the rooms.It offers a great view on the Paris roofs until the Parc Monceau.
It is fully furnished with all amenities.Even if the area is quiet there are double glazed windows in all rooms.
The large 34 sqm living room comes with a 65'large screen plasma TV with foreign channels.
The main bedroom,with air conditioning,has a comfortable queen's bed wit a 27cm mattress.
2nd bedroom,with a folding type bed to save place,has exactly same mattress.
You will appreciate the large 12 sqm bathroom,with bath tub,shower and bidet.The WC are located in a separate room,with 2 doors for privacy.There is a hand wash too.The kitchen is fully equipped and you will feel such at home.Please note that i am living there several monts per year.
It comes complete with a high speed internet,150 mbts.The flat suits perfectly for 4 guests.A cot for a baby is available too.
Shops including a bakery are all less than 100m.Supermarkets are at 300m.The typical market streets,Levis and Poncelet are 10' walk away.
There plenty of restaurants in a close surrounding.
Metro access is very easy easy with 4 stations,Wagram,Malesherbes,Monceau,Courcelles.It just depends where you want to go.
I do not have a parking.However there is a pay parking nearby with affordable week rates.
