Location was amazing, hotel was wonderful an accommodating, room was clean but carpet has many dirt stains and it gives the perception that is dirty. A/C was a big problem because even though the air was on, the room was cool but it was not cold and we ended up sweating at night. We did ask for a fan and one was provided which helped the situation. Would I stay here again? If I had no other choice I would but not my first option. A/C is a big deal for me

Firstly the airport was on strike hence our flight got cancelled. The hotel was informed atleast 24 hours before requesting to check in the following day. Upon arriving the entire reservation was cancelled and i was told to resinstate it i needed to pay for the night before. At 10pm in the night i hadnt a choice. The room that i paid for was supposed to be for eiffel tower view we were given another room. The room had no water, upon visiting the receptionist we were given two cups to take water from a fountain inside the hotel. The room has no USB cables and no area to charge your phones or use laptops because of the plug in types.

I cancelled my reservation due to an unforeseen medical issue that my doctor advised not to travel and when the hotel was contacted by Expedia to get my refund on the booking, your hotel denied the refund. Not very professional and most disappointing. This was supposed to be a special holiday for my wife and me and turned into a nightmare and your hotel certainly contributed to that nightmare. Ver disappointing.
