First of all the check-in was a very unwelcoming experience and the receptionist didn’t have any level of customer service. We booked a family room for two adults and two kids, and the beds had only one blanket. I tried to call the reception to get an extra blanket as our kids wanted to sleep with individual blankets, but didn’t get any answer. In the evening we went down to the reception to ask for another blanket and had to have an interrogation style conversation as to why our kids needed to sleep with a blanket which felt very uncomfortable. Usually these kind of simple requests are easily taken care of and a customer should never ever have to explain their needs.. Next morning the receptionist had changed and the level of customer service improved slightly and check-out went somewhat normally. Only positive thing (with sarcasm) was, that the over double of the amount of the actual stay charged deposit, returned in just within 48 hours. Overall can’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Just Fine! No wow factor. Not up to premier inn

Pros: Nice staff. Good breakfast. Nice pool
Cons: Stench in the toilet which would not go away even after I reported it and it was cleaned. They promised to investigate further
Location: Excellent . Massive shopping centre within a mile radius and 30 min to Disneyland
If you are looking for a wow factor u won't get it here. Don't get me wrong. It's just ok. Inside looks a little old for me but restaurant and staff are nice. Mattress appears worn out.

Via Ebookers haben wir zwei Zimmer reserviert für einen Preis, als wir einchecken wollten gaben sie uns einen anderen Preis an den wir bezahlen mussten, ansonsten würden sie die Reservation stornieren. Sie waren nicht besonders höflich und wollten alles kompliziert machen. Sie wollten nebst dem Preis den wir bezahlten 400€ Depot. Dann kam ein kollege von denen und sagte das 50€ Depot reichen würde! Die waren sich null einig und kannten den Ablauf eines check in gar nicht. Nun ja... Die Zimmer waren beide sehr unhygienisch, es lagen haare auf dem Bett und das Badezimmer sehr schmutzig.. auch der Boden im Wc war klebrig... Ich würde weder wieder da übernachten noch es weiterempfehlen... 3 Tage da haben gereicht!

Établissement sympathique, la piscine est agréable avec ses transats. . L'aspect est plutôt bien décoré dans le hall de réception. Le Baby-foot nous ramènes quelques années en arrière m. Chambre équipée d'un grand TV et plutôt spacieuse. Salle de bain et toilette séparé. A revoir pommeau de douche défectueux, propreté limite... Le restaurant est tres bon. Déjeuner copieux.

Le lac à côté est super pour des balades. Le parking gratuit et très bien. Cependant je n'ai pas trouvé les lits très confortable. Beaucoup de poussières dans la chambre à notre arrivée. Le personnel est partagé. (Entre l'accueil moyen, et une serveuse au café qui n'a pas l'air très emballée par son travail. Mais il y en a d'autre qui sont très gentil et très polis.)
