There was a very loud gentleman and his friends in my room next door. They were smoking and slamming doors. I was offered another room in the middle of the night, which was nice. But it was the middle of the night... I would have preferred the party and the smoking was just halted. But the hotel was pretty good and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was pretty good too :)

Very comfortable and spacious rooms

Pros: Rooms very spacious and clean. Room was turned in every day with clean towels and amenities.
Cons: The entrance, reception area and breakfast area - really can do with an upgrade.
Location: Not very pleasant area. We did not wander and walk about as we were not comfortable. We just went to the Metro and came straight back in the hotel.
We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights - both rooms were in good condition and we were happy. We only came into sleep as we were sight seeing. Once in the room - its very quiet. Entrance to the hotel is not very inviting. Reception and breakfast area are together. When entering there was a very bad smell which lasted throughout the day. Toilets near the reception not very clean and hygienic. Could do so much better if planned properly. Amira was a very efficient receptionist. She was willing to help us and others. She was able to handle different job tasks at a time. The area is not very family friendly - should have done more research before booking.

Worst Hotel ever Stay away

Pros: Nothing
Cons: staff and hotel location should be changed and
Location: hotel is too far from the city center
I had bad experience. bad attitude from room services and reception. They are not friendly at all The room is not as described. i booked superior family suite 1 double bed and 2 single room. the room was too small and i had 1 double bed and 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed room services refused to give us enough blankets and they are too rude neighborhood is too far and dangerous place this hotel doesn't deserve Novotel Hotel

Hotelli oli ihan ok ja rauhallinen, aamupalasta tykättiin ja huone siisti. Englannilla pärjäsi henkilökunnan kanssa. Näkymä huoneen ikkunasta hotellin taakse jollekin rakennustyömaalle oli ruma ja kaukana siitä mitä kuvittelin Pariisissa näkeväni. Plussaa oli, että matka metrolle oli lyhyt ja siten kulkeminen helppoa. Hotellin ympäristö kuitenkin oli karua, lähiömäistä, epäsiistiä, ei sitä kauneinta Pariisia. Kävely metrolle oli lyhyydestä huolimatta epämukava, matkalla piti ohittaa kellonajasta riippumatta isoja joukkoja sillan alla kadulla parveilevia kodittomia/huumeiden käyttäjiä. Lapseni näki jonkun piikittävän huumeita ja kadulla näkyi huumeneula, rikkonaisia pulloja ym roskaa. Kovin myöhään ei tehnyt mieli liikuskella enää ulkona sillä alueella. Se kuitenkin sanottakoon, että suhteellisen rauhassa saatiin kulkea joitakin yrityksiä puhekontaktiin lukuunottamatta. Turvattomalta silti tuntui ja pidettiin kasseista kovaa kiinni ohi mennessä.

Die Unterkunft im Hotel ist gut und Preis/Leistung war stimmig. Die Umgebung vom Hotel lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Für Familien oder alleinreisende Frauen ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen, da das Hotel in einer üblen Gegend liegt, es hat viele betrunkene, bettelnde und obdachlose Menschen rund um das Hotel bis zur Metrostation.
