Great location away from tourist scene in a wonderful neighborhood with great little restaurants and local purveyors. Our host Elizabeth was fantastic. Everything in the description is accurate. It is very very quiet (not easy to find in Paris). We will be staying here again.

Great location

Great location near Arch de Triomphe. Neighborhood restaurants, markets, fromagerie, even nail and hair salons. Elisabeth is great, extremely helpful and gives you insight into the area.

SUPERB!!!!

This was the first time I did a VRBO. Thrilled with the experience, the host Elisabeth, and the apartment (flat). The location could not have been any better to what I needed, nor expected. Close the the Metro, bus stations and any way to travel around. Great walking distance to Arc de Triumph (0.5 miles), Eiffel Tower (~1.2 miles), and Congress. Very Easy. Located near markets for shopping, restaurants to eat, bars etc. Near two great avenues. VERY safe area. I walked 68 miles while there. Sometimes alone at night and never felt unsafe. The flat itself was more than expected. Very accurate depiction from host on the site. Extremely comfortable, clean, and spacious!!! Decorated beautifully. Small elevator is in the 5 floor building if needed. Elisabeth was super accommodating upon arrival. She was available for any questions I had during the stay regarding things to do/see. She also had a lot of recommendations and advice when arrived and during the stay. Was always available via message! When I go back, I will stay there. MY friends I was there with were jealous! Would recommend to anyone without hesitation!!!!!!! Highly secure building as well. I did not want to leave.

Amazing location, excellent host

Thank you, Elisabeth, for the opportunity to explore Paris from your property. I loved going for a run in the morning and when I turned the corner saw the Arc de Triomphe just a couple of blocks in front of me - I cherish experiences like that. You took the time to orient us to the shops, the restaurants, and the metro which was invaluable. Having the #1 Metro line within a couple of blocks allowed us to get to all parts of Paris with ease! Finally, your being available when we had a question or request was very helpful. We had a lovely time and hope to come back to the property the next time we are in Paris.
