I liked the location,which was the Marais district with restaurants, and easy shopping. However, the facility where I stayed was not acceptable. It had black mold in the kitchen and bathroom area. It also had dirty carpet and a dark atmosphere. Very small place that can barely accommodate one person. Shower curtain was very dirty etc. coffee pot, but no coffee mug. So dissatisfied with my accommodation. I do not recommend.

The location was excellent and the property’s biggest advantage close to everything we wanted to see and do in Paris. However, cleanliness was the main issue. We did not see mold on the bed, but there was a strong musty, mold-like smell from the bed, blankets, and bedding. The carpet also seemed unclean. The property would benefit from a deep cleaning, fresh sheets, and either thoroughly cleaned or replaced carpets. The apartment is quite small, especially the bathroom, which may be challenging for some guests. The size would have been much easier to overlook if cleanliness had been better. Overall, the location was perfect, but the cleanliness issues significantly affected our stay. With better cleaning and maintenance, this could be a great place to stay.
