Owner was very nice. We enjoyed the apartment it was very French. Straight out onto street with restaurants and cafes everywhere. A great atmosphere in the streets.

Great location. Excellent and easy communication with host. Unfortunately it was quite noisy throughout the night with people coming and going. Due to restaurants below cigarette smoke could be smelt in the apartment at times, however this is not the fault of the host. There are steps up to the first floor to be aware of if you have international suitcases.

Overall the room is in a prime place everything is in walking distance, Louvre, Notre Dame and the canal ride. There's a couple groceries stores in walking distance everything works except I couldn't figure out the washer. No dryer. There's a set of stairs you have to go up no elevator. So if you have a lot of luggage just be aware. Sync works fine toilet works fine no air conditioning but there's a fan for each room. Would I rent again? Yes.

Need blockout curtains because of sensor lights opposite. Very noisy restaurant opposite and below. Cooking smells often from restaurant. Unchipped mugs would be a bonus.Owner should not be taking future clients through when we are still there. Not good policy.Great being on first level.

Great place!

Loved this place! Old but clean and perfect location and spacious. Very safe, with 2 locked gates. Fridge, washer, WiFi. It was perfect for the 3 of us adults.

L'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ© dans le quartier du Marais. AccĂšs au mĂ©tro et plusieurs lignes de bus qui permettent de visiter tout Paris facilement.L'appart est assez sombre. Ses 3 fenĂȘtres sans volet mais avec des rideaux donnent sur une cour intĂ©rieure oĂč se situe le local Ă  poubelles ainsi que l'accĂšs aux autres appartements et les fenĂȘtres de la cuisine d'un restaurant. Entre les gens qui dĂ©posent des bouteilles (dans la poubelle Ă  verre) et/ou leurs poubelles trĂšs tĂŽt le matin (6h), ceux qui rentrent tard et dĂ©clenchent les lumiĂšres des escaliers et enfin les odeurs du restaurant, ouvrir les fenĂȘtres peut-ĂȘtre compliquĂ©.MalgrĂ© les 2 ventilateurs fournis , on est obligĂ© d'ouvrir la nuit sinon il fait trop chaud.Le lit dans la chambre est confortable par contre le canapĂ© du salon ne l'est pas du tout.La salle de bain n'a pas de porte et est situĂ©e juste devant une fenĂȘtre, heureusement qu'il y a un rideau.La tĂ©lĂ© est bien avec connexion Ă  des plateformes de streaming.Petit plus, les toilettes sont sĂ©parĂ©s de la salle de bain.

Toller Ausgangspunkt, um Paris zu erkunden

GemĂŒtliche kleine Wohnung in einem der Ă€ltesten FachwerkhĂ€user von Paris, etwas dunkel, aber perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Von hier aus geht alles zu Fuß, viele SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Tipp: Man kann direkt vor der HaustĂŒr temporĂ€r mit dem Auto parken, um ein- und auszuladen. Einen noch bezahlbaren Wochentarif kann man im Parkhaus "Indigo Parking Pont Marie" buchen.

Paris - immer wieder ein Erlebnis

Die Wohnung ist ganz besonders zentral gelegen . Die Seine - Inseln, das Marais , Les Halles, das Centre Pompidou usw. - alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Zwei Metrostationen und Bushaltestellen sind ebenfalls in der NĂ€he, ebenso wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und ruhig - manchmal gab es abends etwas Unruhe wegen der Restaurants im Erdgeschoss. Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.
