Although one of the bedrooms is equipped with bunk beds, these 90x190 single beds are also suitable for adults. The master bedroom has a large double bed of 180x200, while the living room offers a double sofa bed of 160x190, which can also accommodate two adults.

Located in the heart of the 10th arrondissement, this apartment is just a ten-minute walk from the Gare de l’Est. Gare du Nord, the first station in Europe and the third in the world in terms of traffic with more than 220 million visitors annually, is nearby. This station, inaugurated on June 14, 1846, serves the north of France as well as international destinations such as London via the Eurostar, and Belgium and the Netherlands via the Thalys.

You can admire its modern neoclassical architecture and its facade decorated with twenty-three statues by renowned sculptors. The station is divided into four main areas: the Eurostar Terminal, which attracts 6.6 million travelers and offers shops focused on pleasures and gifts; the Quai Transversal, the vibrant heart of the station with a varied offering of Parisian and international restaurants; and levels -1 and -2, where hundreds of thousands of passengers pass every day via the numerous metro and RER lines, offering services adapted to daily travelers.
