We hope you enjoy our 40m2 apartment for 4 people.



You'll enter a first space composed of :

- A spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed (140x200) and a dining table for 4.

- A kitchen equipped with electric hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and everything else you'll need to prepare a delicious meal.

- Separate toilet



A sleeping area with

- Relaxation area with TV and armchairs

- A sleeping area accessible by 2 high steps to reach the bed.

There's also a bathroom with shower and a washing-machine area in a cupboard under the bed.



PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A STEP TO ACCESS THE BATHROOM AND 2 HIGH STEPS TO ACCESS THE BED.



Beds are made up with hotel-quality sheets for your comfort.

We will provide wifi codes free of charge.



The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

In the up-and-coming 10th arrondissement, the picturesque footbridges and bohemian cafés of the Canal Saint-Martin give way to Indian restaurants along the Passage Brady. The streets around Place de la République are home to trendy bars and restaurants, while Marché Saint-Martin offers stalls selling gourmet products. Rue Sainte-Marthe is a quiet street lined with art studios and international restaurants. The area is also home to the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est train stations.
