Perfect Paris studio apartment in the heart of Le Marais. Large double bed, huge window looking out on to an internal courtyard with view of the local church and crypt. Apartment sat between Rue des Archives and Rue de Rossiers, famous for their history, fashion and restaurants.

My space is a newly renovated traditional apartment. Solid oak herringbone flooring, exceptional attention to detail, with a small, modern, luxurious kitchen and a beautiful traditional bathroom.



All the furniture and decoration is new, and no expense was spared. This is a very precious space that I put a lot of love into and I'm looking for people to treat it with that care, and enjoy the Paris I live in and love every day. It is idyllic.

The streets are old and beautiful, with amazing bars and restaurants, gorgeous boutiques and access to the real paris. 5 minutes from 2 of the best galleries in the world, Pompidou and Picasso, everything is on your doorstep but when you close the doors of the apartment it's quiet and tranquil, just hearing the choice bells from your bedroom window.

Flat is located 2min away from Hotel de ville trainstation (line 2).
