Dieses Hotel war eine Katastrophe. Personal sehr unfreundlich. Wir sind um 02.00 Uhr in der Nacht angekommen und sie wollten als Erstes ihre Hotelgebühren einkassieren. Man hätte diese Einnahmen auch am nächsten Tag machen können.Frühstück sehr schlecht. Überhaupt keine Auswahl, kaltes Brot, wässriger Kaffee usw. Die Zimmer waren sehr sehr klein, man konnte sich nicht bewegen. Die Betten waren sehr hart und das Bad, man kann es nicht als Bad bezeichnen, das war eine kleine Kabine: NICHTS FüR DICKE LEUTE! Örtlich war es auch sehr weit von Paris entfernt, wir mussten mit dem Zug 30min fahren bis Paris Zentrum. Also im grossen und ganzen ist dieses Hotel überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.

Wir möchten Sie darüber informieren, dass unser Team die internen Abläufe der Einrichtung respektiert und den Kunden beim Check-in kassiert. speziell für die Übernachtung. Zusätzlich zum Frühstück bestätigen wir, dass wir vor Ort Brot und Croissants zubereiten lassen. Sowie frische Milchprodukte und Schokoladenmarmelade, Honig, Bar Breton, Semmelbrösel, Säfte und heiße Getränke; Kaffee, heiße Chocola, Tee usw. eine große Auswahl zu vernünftigen Preisen. Angenehmer Aufenthalt aber kleine Zimmer

Das Hotel befindet sich nicht sehr nah zu Eifelturm,aber mann kann mit der Zug in 15 min. erreichen. Allgemeine Zustand der Hotel ist sauber,freundlicher Personal,leider verständigt mann nur Englisch und Zimmer sind viel zu klein. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte da.
